ANXIETY
Anxiety can disrupt and rob the moments in your life. Together, we can challenge your fears and work through your doubts to build confidence in yourself. You can thrive in your daily life without the concern of anxiety getting in your way.
OBSESSIVE-COMPULSVIE DISORDER (OCD)
If you struggle with intrusive, unwanted thoughts or feel compulsions to do things you feel little control to stop, we can build a treatment to help you.

I am trained in the treatment of OCD from the Massachusetts General Hospital Psychiatry Academy. (Harvard's medical school.)
PARENT/GUARDIAN SUPPORT
For all of the rewards we as parents and guardians experience with your children, it does not come without it's challenges, concerns, and fears.
Having a place to process these issues and build your emotional toolbox is both healthy for yourself and your relationship with your child.

COUPLES COUNSELING
As a couple, you will find a secure space where honest discussions between partners may take place. I help clients explore concerns that go beyond everyday disagreements, revealing deeper issues that might be affecting the relationship.
​
This process addresses challenges couples frequently encounter, such as poor communication, trust problems - including worries about infidelity—conflicts in values or life ambitions, parenting disagreements, financial stress, and reduced intimacy.
​
As a couple, you will learn new strategies for better communication and resolving conflicts and
tools to set goals for the relationship, which provides direction and focus. Counseling may include both joint and individual meetings.

​CARETAKER & GRIEF SUPPORT
Caretaker grief therapy supports you in both anticipatory grief and helps those to navigate grief after the passing of a loved one.
​
I provide a safe, gentle space to express your feelings, learn new coping strategies, and to assist in the adjustment of new routines.
This support will help you to address emotions such as fear, anxiety, fatigue, and anger. In addition, I will support and provide comfort as you address the isolation commonly experienced during both the caregiving and after losing a loved one.
DEPRESSION
You may find yourself withdrawing from social events, having trouble sleeping or eating, feeling exhausted, or neglecting your self-care. Physical symptoms like aches, headaches, digestive issues, and changes in libido can also occur. Recognizing these warning signs is important because it can lead to seeking help and getting early support when needed most.

Depression has many faces and stages. Regardless of how severe, long lasting, or brief you have felt depressed, I provide research-based, proven strategies, and techniques to help you through your moment's of pain and doubt.

PRE-TEENS (12+), TEENS,& YOUNG ADULTS
Anxiety and depression for this generation is a serious and potentially grave concern.

Allowing an objective, supportive space to process their feelings and and to learn to cope with issues in a healthy manner is vital to their overall well-being.

As they learn to communicate their feelings and experiences with parents and others, they will take life skill with them and will improve their mental health and the quality of their relationships throughout the remainder of their lives.

TRAUMA
I provide a safe, supportive environment where clients are accepted and free to explore your experiences without judgment. We can help to identify triggers by recognizing patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors which may be linked to traumatic events.

You will be gently guided to develop coping mechanisms, learn effective strategies to manage symptoms such as flashbacks, nightmares, and hypervigilance.
​
Trauma therapy also involves using specialized techniques to confront and process traumatic experiences, which can help reduce their emotional intensity and associated fears.
This approach fosters healing and empowers clients to move forward with greater resilience.
