My passion is to provide mental health services to those in need, offering care, support, and guidance during life's challenges. ​I grew up in the beautiful state of New Mexico, where the Zia symbol holds a deep personal and cultural significance.

I feel it appropriate to incorporate the Zia symbol into my mental health care practice, because it represents both where my personal story began and also serves as a reminder of the interconnectedness we all share with one another - regardless of our walk of life.

Prior to becoming a therapist, I spent twelve fulfilling years as a middle school teacher. I was later inspired to expand my journey of helping others by becoming a clinical mental health counselor.
